We have a career opportunity for the patent  attorney with our patent department to work within a team environment. Based in the Moscow office, the successful candidate will ensure the smooth operations within the Gowlings' patent prosecution practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent's responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

The incumbent’s responsibilities may include and is not limited to the following:

• All aspects of patent prosecution
• Portfolio and file management
• IP due diligence
• Agreement drafting
• Assisting partners and senior attorneys

QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified patent attroney (0-8 years)
• University degree in electronics, software and computers
• Strong knowledge of Russian Civil Law
• Excellent working knowledge of English: both verbal and written including legal terminology
• Experience with international law firm
• Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills
• Highly motivated, with strong career commitment and aspiration for professional growth.
