PROFILE

We have a career opportunity for the Assistant to TM Attorney with our Trade-mark Department to work within a team environment. Based on in the Moscow office, the successful candidate will ensure the smooth operations of all.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent's responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Agreement drafting (licensing, franchising, domain registration);
• All aspects of trade mark prosecution and cancellation proceedings;
• IP due diligence;
• Portfolio and file management;
• Support to the Senior Trade-mark Attorneys

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience with international law firm;
• Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Strong knowledge of the Russian Civil Law;
• Excellent working knowledge of English: both verbal and written including legal terminology; 
• Team player with a positive attitude, quick thinker;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Highly motivated, with strong career commitment and aspiration for professional growth.
