Andrew Gray, partner in Gowlings' London office, recently contributed to the African Energy Yearbook 2010, the accompanying publication to the Africa Energy Forum, Africa's premier annual power and gas investment and business forum. Gray's article, titled, 'Integrated gas-to-power projects: the importance of risk allocation', discusses the challenging combination of risks which arise in integrated gas to power power projects and the allocation of those risks.
