As a partner in the Vancouver office, Paul brings extensive experience in procurement, technology licensing, outsourcing, commercial contracts, privacy law, cloud computing and e-commerce. His clients span a range of industry sectors, including in the information technology, financial services, telecommunications, life sciences and health industries. In addition, his practice has provided him with broad exposure to other sectors including construction, mining, infrastructure and facilities.
