(Disponible en anglais seulement) Alanna Kline is a law clerk in Gowlings’ Waterloo Region office, working in the advocacy department. Alanna is currently concentrating on a wide variety of areas, including Small Claims Court matters. Alanna prepares all documentation relating to affidavits of documents, reviewing transcripts for undertakings, and motions for Small Claims Court and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Prior to joining Gowlings’ Waterloo Region office in 2010, Alanna worked for the Gowlings’ Vancouver office with the Mortgage Enforcement Team. There she gained a great deal of knowledge pertaining to the management and organization of large mortgage collection portfolios. She maintained approximately 250 active files for major clients prioritizing daily deadlines and ensuring adherence to applicable Supreme Court Rules.
Alanna also has experience with preparing all documentation relating to residential real estate purchases, sales and mortgage refinancing.
