Allison Jones is a trade-mark agent in Gowlings’ Vancouver office. Her practice focuses on aspects of trade-mark prosecution in Canada, including assessing the registrability of trade-marks, the filing and prosecution of applications to register trade-marks, and trade-mark opposition and expungement proceedings.
