(Disponible en anglais seulement) Anastassia Sinitsyna is a Russian lawyer in Gowlings' Moscow office where she is a member of the Intellectual Property department, Trade-marks Practice Group and Life Science Industry Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of trade-mark and design prosecution, IP asset management, enforcement, licensing and franchising. Anastassia is currently co-ordinating the portfolio of IP rights of one of the world’s largest FMCG company in the CIS region. She has experience in working with clients in a wide range of industries such as consumer products, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, finance, media and entertainment, automotive and IT. Anastassia also advises brand owners and agencies on legal and regulatory issues associated with advertising and marketing in various media.
Anastassia is a lawyer admitted to practice in Russia in 2003; a qualified attorney admitted to practice before the Russian PTO since 2003 in relation to trade-marks, designs and appellations of origin of goods.
Anastassia is fluent in Russian and English, with abilities in French and German.
