Angela Williamshinds is a law clerk in the corporate services department of Gowlings' Toronto office.

Angela's experience and practice in corporate law includes, but is not limited to: amalgamations, dissolutions, amendments, revivals, incorporations, organizations, not-for-profit corporations, extra-provincial registrations, business names, annual returns, limited partnerships and routine annual maintenance of corporations' records, i.e. preparation of annual resolutions/minutes.

Angela joined Gowlings in 2001 and has been a law clerk since 2006.
