NOS GENS

Anna van Holst Pellekaan is a law clerk in Gowlings' Ottawa office working in the Medical Defence Group.  Anna works primarily in research and resource support, assisting lawyers with legislative and policy developments in the area of health law with particular focus on medical litigation, professional discipline matters and professional negligence.  She also assists in electronic litigation management and in the maintenance and development of a number of internal and external databases of resource material.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Anna practiced as a solicitor in Sydney, Australia, working primarily in commercial litigation.
