Anthony Rasoulis is an associate in Gowlings' Ottawa office and is a member of the Business Law Practice Group.

Anthony's practice focuses on securities and corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in domestic and international M&A, and in public and private equity and debt financings involving companies in various industries including: energy, mining, financial services, private equity, aircraft leasing and shipping.  Anthony also advises public clients on their ongoing corporate governance, securities law compliance and disclosure obligations.

Before joining Gowlings, Anthony practiced at a leading Bermuda law firm where he worked on numerous international M&A and corporate finance transactions and advised clients in the establishment and financing of investment funds and other offshore finance vehicles. Prior thereto, he practiced at a national firm in Calgary, Alberta.

He is fluent in English and Greek and is conversant in French.
