Brad McFadden is an associate in the Gowlings' Calgary office, practising in the Energy and Corporate Finance and M&A groups.

Brad advises clients on a range of energy and commercial matters, including the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets, joint venture and partnership arrangements and the resolution of mineral tenure and operational disputes.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Brad worked as in-house counsel to a major oil and gas company and prior to that he articled and practised at a Calgary based energy-focused law firm.
