Caren Burcher is a licensed paralegal in Gowlings' Hamilton office and a member of the XClaim Portfolio Claims Services team.

Caren handles the XClaim Small Claims Court litigation portfolio and also assists counsel in the areas of insurance and personal injury defence matters. She has several years experience working in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury , Small Claims Court and Landlord Tenant matters. Caren has also operated her own Paralegal Practice and has been a Paralegal and Law Clerk course instructor at various colleges.
