Charlayne Benoit is a law clerk in the Gowlings' Calgary office, working in corporate law.

Charlayne has a variety of corporate-related experience including preparing documents and registering incorporations, share transactions, dividend declarations, changes in directors and officers, name changes, and the annual maintenance of corporations for which the Firm acts as registered office.

Charlayne updates corporate records information throughout the year, conducts minute book reviews including the preparation of annual maintenance documents, rectification documents and maintains extra-provincial registrations. In addition Charlayne handles audit requests including posting and circulating of audits, preparation of response letters and forwarding of correspondence to the clients and their auditors.
