Charlotte Fennell is law clerk in Gowlings' Calgary office working in the corporate services department.

Charlotte handles the annual maintenance of corporations for which the Firm acts as registered office, updates information throughout the year, conducts minute book reviews including the preparation of annual maintenance documents, recitification documents and maintains extra-provincial registrations.

Charlotte handles audit requests including posting and circulating of audits, preparation of response letters and forwarding of correspondence to the clients and their auditors.

Charlotte also maintains the status of incoming and outgoing minute books and seals being sent internally and externally as well as assisting the manager with various administrative tasks as needed.
