Christine originally trained and qualified at a leading U.K. law firm, where she advised creditors and debtors on all aspects of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including bi-lateral loans, security structures and documentation, guarantees, and intercreditor and priority agreements. Out of Gowlings' Toronto office, Christine has acted for both creditors and debtors on bi-lateral and syndicated financings, acquisition financings, real estate lending transactions, restructurings and DIP financing transactions.
