Debra's practice includes a diverse range of commercial and banking litigation matters; representation of creditors, debtors, receivers and trustees in bankruptcy; insolvencies and restructurings; professional negligence claims; collections matters; and civil claims involving breach of contract.

In September 1996, Debra began a court year in chambers with barristers of the Middle Temple in London, England as a recipient of the Harold G. Fox Educational Scholarship, where she continued her focus on commercial litigation, commercial arbitration and advocacy skills training.
