Geoff Holub is a partner in Gowlings’ Calgary office, practising in the areas of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on oil and gas, construction and manufacturer's liability. He is currently the advocacy department head and sits on the Calgary office's executive committee.

Geoff is involved in a wide range of commercial matters including contract drafting, negotiation and interpretation, corporate plans of arrangement, strategic advice and contractual risk analysis primarily in the power generation, transmission and distribution industries.

Geoff has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal in Alberta. In addition, he has appeared before panels of commissioners at the United Nations Compensation Commission in Geneva, Switzerland.
