Graham Darling is an associate in the Waterloo Region office. He practices real estate law with a focus on purchases, sales, commercial leasing and secured financing and also practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financings, business re-organizations and general corporate commercial advice.

Graham acts for business owners, established and emerging companies, developers, banks, and private lenders who require assistance with negotiating and drafting agreements, completing transactions and advice with respect to their rights and obligations under existing and proposed agreements, laws and regulations.
