Heather Caldwell is the general manager of Gowlings' Toronto office and a member of the Toronto Office Management Committee.

As general manager, Heather oversees all non-legal services provided within the Toronto office and is responsible for the business management of operations for the Firm. She oversees all activities relating to human resources, marketing office services, facilities, finance and systems.

Heather has over 20 years of management experience in law firms and has been involved in almost every service function associated with law firm operations.

Heather joined Gowlings in 2008.
