Jonathan Behar is a partner in Gowlings’ Toronto office, practising in the areas of business and corporate/commercial law.

Jonathan’s practice focuses on assisting businesses on a broad range of corporate, commercial and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, shareholder and partnership arrangements and restructuring and insolvency, including distressed M&A and acquisition/divestiture transactions.

Jonathan primarily works with entrepreneurial clients who require both business advice and legal assistance in establishing, operating, growing and organizing their businesses.
