Jonathan Ross is an associate in Gowlings' Vancouver office, practising primarily in commercial restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation.

Jonathan represents borrowers, lenders and insolvency professionals in all insolvency and restructuring matters.  Jonathan’s litigation practice is focused on fraudulent preferences and conveyances and contractual disputes.  He is regularly involved in the collection of both secured and unsecured debts.
