Jonathan's broad litigation experience has included contract cases, real estate litigation, prosecuting and defending wrongful dismissal claims, product liability defence and commercial leasing disputes. Jonathan also has experience acting for plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury claims.

Jonathan has gained extensive experience in the debt recovery field assisting financial institutions and public and private companies in the recovery of various debts. He has acted for clients providing advice and services at all stages of the process including the pre-litigation, litigation and post-judgment execution phases.

Jonathan has represented clients before the Provincial, Supreme, and Appeal Courts of British Columbia, and before the Human Rights Tribunal. He also has experience assisting his clients resolve their disputes through various forms of mediation.
