(Disponible en anglais seulement) Karie Bell is a litigation law clerk in Gowlings' Hamilton office.
Karie has been involved with a variety of clients locally and internationally. She has assisted in matters before all levels of court within Alberta, Ontario, at the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Karie conducts investigative searches, assists in client and file management, including preparation of materials used in and outside of court, and contributes to document management issues on all manner of cases.
She has assisted in matters relating to contract and negligence claims, insurance and professional liability claims, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, enforcement of injunctive and final relief, negligence and occupier’s liability, insurance defence, intellectual property litigation and personal injury litigation.
Prior to joining Gowlings, Karie worked with other major law firms in Alberta and Ontario where she gained experience in civil and commercial litigation.
