NOS GENS

Kelly Charbonneau is a law clerk in the Gowlings’ Waterloo Region office, working in the Business Law Department.  Kelly deals with a variety of corporate matters mainly associated with the Ontario Business Corporations Act and Canada Business Corporations Act.  She also does a small amount of work for United States and Barbados entities as well.

Kelly prepares corporate documents relating to incorporations, minute book maintenance and extra-provincial registrations.   She has an extensive knowledge of the Ontario Business Corporations Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act.  This, combined with over 15 years experience within the legal field, has provided her with the required knowledge to deal with all aspects of a corporation from the incorporation to the dissolution/wind-up.
