Leigh Ann Sheather is the managing partner for the Hamilton office. Her practice focuses on creditor's rights and recovery services, and she acts primarily for financial institutions.

Leigh Ann has extensive experience in mortgage enforcement, debt recovery (secured and unsecured), bankruptcy and related litigation, including insurance and professional responsibility.

She appears before all levels of Ontario Courts, particularly the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal.
