NOS GENS

Linda Clarkson is a law clerk in the Gowlings' Waterloo Region office, working in the advocacy department.   Linda specializes in a number of general commercial, corporate and municipal litigation files, as well as files involving debt recovery for both corporate and personal clients, appeal files, personal injury and insurance defence matters.  

Linda has extensive experience in the management and organization of volume-intensive files, including expropriation and class action matters, and has assisted with trials before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and  Court of Appeal.
