Lisa has experience with the purchase, sale and financing of commercial properties, including large and small office towers, industrial buildings, retail buildings, restaurants, condominiums and golf courses. She represents both landlords and tenants in respect of commercial leasing matters and commercial and residential developers in respect of development matters, including subdivision and development approvals. Lisa also advises clients with respect to property management and co-owner agreements.

Lisa has experience with intellectual property matters, including filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, trade mark opposition and expungement proceedings and the licensing of trade marks and technology.
