(Disponible en anglais seulement) Loren Lagersson is a paralegal in Gowlings' Vancouver office. Loren provides assistance to lawyers in the Business Law Group and focuses on banking and lending transactions, real estate finance and secured transactions.
Loren has more than 20 years of experience working in law offices. She prepares all documentation related to lending transactions including, mortgages and assignment of rents, security agreements, beneficial owner agreement, guarantees, environmental indemnity agreements, various assignments, indemnities, modification agreements, Bank Act security agreements and all other related supporting documents. Loren also deals with all closing and post-closing matters including preparing report and opinions and document binders.
Loren assists with conducting various due diligence and review of same, including, but not limited to corporate, Personal Property Registry, Worker’s Compensation Board, Bank Act, litigation searches and writs of execution searches. She also assists all offices with the drafting and registration of all B.C. Personal Property Registry matters.
