Lynn Boczka is a senior law clerk working in Gowlings' Toronto office. She has over 40 years' experience in the field.

Lynn assists lawyers within the Firm's Business Law Group in routine and complex matters relating to incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, revivals and dissolutions. In addition, Lynn drafts agreements and provides supporting documents relating to corporate and tax reorganizations, share and asset purchase, and sale transactions. She conducts corporate due diligence reviews and prepares meeting materials, extra-provincial registrations, business name and partnership registrations, and general corporate record-keeping.
