Having worked for a large professional services firm, Maria has extensive experience in litigation, trade-mark rights and copyright protection, unfair competition and domain disputes.

She has represented international and Russian applicants before the Board of Patent disputes of the Russian Patent Office on trade-mark protection issues. Furthermore, she has experience in filing trade-mark applications on behalf of large Russian and transnational companies.
