Marshall Reinhart is a partner in Gowlings' Toronto office. His litigation practice centres on commercial and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on products liability law, class actions and franchising disputes.

In addition, Marshall provides legal advice on issues related to the Charter of Rights and in the area of criminal and quasi-criminal offences. He has extensive experience defending those charged with provincial offences, particularly commercial motor vehicle carriers and drivers facing prosecution for transportation related offences. Marshall has appeared at all levels of court and before administrative tribunals.

Prior to practising law, Marshall worked in the legal publishing industry and as a consultant in the financial services industry in the area of legal and regulatory compliance.
