Maxine is an associate in Gowlings’ Calgary office practising in the Corporate Finance and M&A Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Maxine was employed at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Toronto, where she maintained a broad commercial litigation practice with a focus on commercial disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency matters.

Maxine is fluent in both English and French.
