NOS GENS

Erin McIntomny is a law clerk in Gowlings' Ottawa office.  She assists in the preparation, service and filing of documents on matters before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of appeal and the Supreme court of Canada.  Her work is focused on Patent Infringement Actions and Applications under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Erin worked within the legal department of a private, internet based organization, where she appeared before the Universal Dispute Resolution Arbitration Board as well as the Canadian Internet Registry Authority regarding domain name disputes.
