(Disponible en anglais seulement) Melanni Partidge is a law clerk and the litigation services co-ordinator in Gowlings' Calgary office, working in the advocacy department. Melanni assists in all areas of litigaton management, including document preparation, discovery and trial preparation. She mentors junior clerk and provides assistance and guidance to the litigation department.
Melanni has extensive knowledge of the procedures in the Federal Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada, as well as the New Alberta Rules of Court. This, combined with over 10 years experience in litigation has provided her with the required knowledge to assist our professionals in preparing for trial. She also has extensive experience in the management and organization of large litigation files.
Prior to joining Gowlings, Melanni worked with other law firms where she specialized in Aboriginal law working with Treaty 6, 7 and 8 Nations and Bands regarding their aboriginal and treaty rights.
