Michelle McCallum is the general manager of the Waterloo Region office and a member of the Waterloo Office Management Committee.

As general manager, Michelle oversees all non-legal services provided within the Waterloo Region office and is responsible for the operations and business management for the office. She oversees all activities relating to human resources, office services, facilities, finance and systems.

Michelle has over 16 years of management experience in law firms and has been involved in almost every service function associated with law firm operations.

Michelle joined Gowlings in 2011.
