Nicole Bragança

Nicole Bragança is an articling student at Gowling’s Toronto office. Her interests are primarily in the area of intellectual property law litigation. 

Nicole graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. She represented Windsor Law at the 2011 Harold G. Fox Canadian Intellectual Property Moot where she appeared before judges of the Federal Court and Ontario Superior Court.

Prior to attending law school, Nicole received an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Guelph, with minors in Genetics, Classical History and a focus on Interdisciplinary Studies.  

While working for the Senate of Canada as a summer student for the Clerk of Operations and Procedure, Nicole undertook research in revising the Senate Rules of Procedure and helped prepare a draft version of the Rules.
