(Disponible en anglais seulement) Nilufer Peker is a senior corporate paralegal in the corporate services department of the Vancouver office.
Nilufer has extensive experience in corporate transactions, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, continuations and other company changes, as well as formation of partnerships, family trusts, ULCs and professional corporations. She also has experience in all aspects of business law including corporate/commercial and tax-related transactions.
Nilufer attends to compliance filings in B.C. and other jurisdictions in Canada and has assisted with numerous corporate transactions involving many prestigious companies.
Nilufer was a legal counsel of the Turkish Consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, before moving to Canada. She also practiced as in-house counsel for the Ministry of Public Works in Turkey.
