(Disponible en anglais seulement) Pamela Carter is a law clerk in Gowlings' Toronto office, working in the advocacy department. She specializes in a variety of commercial, personal and mortgage debt recovery matters as well as construction lien matters.
Pamela prepares all documentation related to garnishments, issuance of claims for lien, certificates of action, statements of claim, delay and construction bond claims, Scott schedules, mediation briefs, affidavits of documents, applications and motions for both the Construction Lien Court and Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Pamela has extensive knowledge of the procedures under the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Construction Lien Act. This, combined with her over 10 years' experience within the banking and real estate department, has provided her with the required knowledge to deal with writs of seizure and sale and claims for lien registered on real property. She also has experience in the management and organization of large mortgage collection portfolios and construction lien files and .
Pamela began her career at Gowlings in 1982.
