Peter Koch's main practice areas include business purchases and sales, business re-organizations, debt and equity financings, commercial agreements, joint ventures, shareholder agreements/disputes, international or cross-border transactions, and general corporate counsel and regulatory advice.

Peter provides advice to clients dealing with all aspects of business ownership, including startup needs and requirements, locating and negotiating the terms of startup capital, business operational and regulatory issues, business sale or transfers, and succession issues. Peter has acted as adviser on the purchase of a research and technology facility from the Province of Ontario. He also provides advice to investment funds and banks regarding security provided by borrowers, as well as, regulatory advice to insurance companies.
