Robert Mason is a partner in the business law department at Gowlings’ Toronto office, co-chair of the Firm's Mining Group and chair of Gowlings' Investment Dealer initiative.

Robert represents issuers and underwriters on corporate finance transactions and M&A mandates, with a particular emphasis on mining and other natural resource sectors. He has extensive international experience, having recently led offerings by issuers located in South Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada with projects throughout the world.
