(Disponible en anglais seulement) Rosalind Miller is a law clerk in Gowlings' Calgary office where she is the supervisor of the collections department. She specializes in all aspects of debt collection, for both the Firm and the Firm's clients.
Rosalind's department prepares all documentation related to the Assessment/Review process for legal invoices for the Calgary office. She also prepares and maintains the Writs of Enforcement and required renewals in the Province of Alberta, all documents related to garnishments and seizures as well as any required skip traces.
Rosalind has extensive knowledge of the procedures under the Civil Enforcement Act of Alberta as well as the Personal Property Security Act. This, combined with over 26 years experience in credit and collections, has provided her with the required expertise to deal with garnishees and seizures and registrations of claims against debtor's property to aid in the recovery of judgments.
