(Disponible en anglais seulement) Sandra Ripley is a law clerk in Gowlings’ Toronto office and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Group. As a senior real estate law clerk, Sandra has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate with an emphasis on acquisitions, sales and financings of commercial properties.
Sandra provides assistance to the Firm’s solicitors in reviewing and analyzing title searches as well as off-title searches, preparation of closing documentation and e-reg documentation, co-ordinating and assisting at closings, and preparation of record books. Sandra has experience searching mining claims, converting land into the Land Titles system, preparing power of sale documentation and drafting leases and related documentation. She also has expertise using Teraview software, a remote electronic land registration system.
