Sunil Joneja is a partner in Gowlings' Calgary office, practising in the Financial Services Group. His practice includes acting for both lenders and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated lending transactions, both secured and unsecured, with a particular focus on the energy industry.

He has acted on a wide variety of both domestic and cross-border debt financings for acquisitions, restructuring and work-outs, real estate and projects as well as asset-based financings. Sunil also has extensive experience with ISDA based financial derivatives and credit support arrangements.
