Susannah is involved in all aspects of researching and providing opinions on the availability of trade marks, preparing and prosecuting applications for the registration of trade marks and all other business conducted before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, including opposition and expungement proceedings, filing assignments and security documents.

She is also involved in co-ordinating worldwide trade mark portfolios and filing programs in connection with searching, registering and maintaining registrations for trade marks.
