(Disponible en anglais seulement) Tracy Tinney is a law clerk in Gowlings’ Ottawa office, working in the business law department and specializing in commercial leasing.
Tracy assists with all stages of commercial leasing transactions including: drafting and review of leases, subleases and assignments, lease amending agreements, offers to lease and licence agreements; review of title matters; preparation and review of estoppel certificates, non-disturbance agreements and consents; preparation of demand notices, notices of default and notices of termination; coordination of the execution and delivery of documentation; preparation and registration of notices of lease and related documents; preparation of lease term sheets and transaction closing books; tracking of relevant lease dates; and file management throughout.
Tracy came to Gowlings in 1997, working in the real estate department before joining the commercial leasing group, as a law clerk, in 2001.
