Tyler Bond is a partner in Gowlings' Calgary office, leading the Mortgage Recovery Services Group, where his practice will have an emphasis on mortgage enforcement.

Tyler has acted for clients in the mortgage lending industry in relation to both lending and collection matters. His foreclosure practice has included both residential and commercial foreclosures as well as litigation relating to interests in land. Tyler is currently the co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association Foreclosure Subsection for Southern Alberta.

He has appeared before the Provincial Courts of Saskatchewan and Alberta, the Courts of Queen's Bench in Saskatchewan and Alberta and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
