Veronika (Nika) Pidskalny is an associate in Gowlings’ Calgary office. With a background in litigation, she practises in the area of intellectual property and is a member of Gowlings' Advertising, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs Practice Group.

Nika's practice involves trade-mark and copyright registration, privacy law, contest design and review, and advertising and promotional copy review for all media, including print, broadcast and online. She has a particular interest in legal and public relations issues related to social media.

She has appeared on matters before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench.
