Vickie Wong is a partner practising with the Financial Services Group in Gowlings’ Toronto office.

Vickie’s practice consists of a broad range of financial related products including asset-based lending, bilateral and syndicated financings, first and second lien loans, and debt restructuring. Vickie has extensive experience in acting for both borrowers and lenders in a variety of debt financing arrangements and is often retained to act in connection with multi-jurisdictional financing transactions.

Prior to joining Gowlings, Vickie was a partner in the Toronto office of another national firm. She also previously served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Ontario Court of Justice (General Division).
