Wayne Warren is the managing partner in Gowlings' Ottawa office.

Wayne practises corporate and commercial law. He has particular experience in private corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, the structuring and reorganization of business enterprises, substantial technology-based contractual arrangements, privatizations, contracting with government, and the formation and operation of non-profit and non-profit charitable corporations. In addition, he renders advice to both established and embryonic enterprises on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters.
