Yulia Yarnykh is an associate in Gowlings' Moscow office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and general corporate matters. Yulia advises Russian and foreign clients on a wide range of intellectual property and IT issues, including copyright, trademarks, know-how, domain names, media, e-commerce, data protection, etc.

Yulia has experience in commercial IP advising major foreign investors on structuring their franchise and distribution networks in Russia. She also advises Russian and international companies on information and personal data protection compliance and other regulatory issues.

Furthermore, Yulia works on regulatory issues with regard to activities of non-commercial organizations in Russia.
